Educational Services

Mirapoint Certification Training and Troubleshooting 

The Mirapoint Certified Engineer (MCE), Mirapoint Certified Directory Engineer (MCDE), RazorGate Certified Engineer (RCE) and Troubleshooting Workshop training classes are held in California, as well as various worldwide locations. The MCE class is also offered online for those students who prefer a self-paced version.

• The MCE class is designed to give System Administrators an overall idea of what features and tools are available with a Mirapoint email server, plus what is necessary in setting up and configuring an email server and its features. For further information, please visit the MCE Class Overview.
• The MCDE class is designed to teach the student about the LDAP protocol, then how to set and configure Mirapoint's Internet Directory product. For further information, please visit the MCDE Class Overview.

• The RCE class is designed to teach the student about Mirapoint's anti-spam and anti-virus implementations, as well as how to setup and administer the RazorGate appliance. For further information, please visit the RCE Class Overview.

Mirapoint Certification classes are offered every other month in Sunnyvale, California at Mirapoint's headquarters located in Silicon Valley, as well as twice a year in London, UK and three times a year in Tokyo, Japan. Customer onsite classes and classes on the East coast may also be scheduled. The online MCE class is available 24x7.
