Mirapoint Certified Engineer (MCE) Training Class Overview
Course Description
This Mirapoint Certification course will familiarize you with various operational aspects of the Mirapoint Message Server™ to offer enhanced Mirapoint Support. You will be taught how to setup, configure, monitor, backup and troubleshoot the message server.
The course is designed to:
- Introduce the subject of Internet messaging.
- Describe how the Mirapoint message server works.
- Identify what tools allow monitoring and troubleshooting.
Course Goals
After completing this Mirapoint Certification course, you should take Mirapoint’s Certification exam. This allows you to take direct customer support calls, obtain privileged information, and escalate calls to Mirapoint Support.
Student Profile and Prerequisites
It is recommended that you have some experience working with UNIX, e-mail and message servers.
